We successfully built this journey in partnership with kotak bank Limited, where we are helping all the Bank BC network to convert any handset device to a Full KYC engine without the need of biometric devices thus saving millions in hardware infrastructure.
We all know even with the paradigm shift of banks towards Digital still not more than 8% of the KYC have become DIY digital models, where 92% of the present KYC are still BO/ BC assisted.
Thus RBI, PMLA guidelines rolled in where the most updated one came in May 2021 to envisage a full KYC journey for regulated institutions, which further translated to DOT, TRAI regulated institutions, SEBI and more.
Now with this engine any BC agent handset can be converted to a Full KYC engine both for New to institution or Existing to institution customers. This product comes with 60+ different unique features and is easily integrable with your existing institution application in the form of sdk or PWA.
